References concerning the action in the nullity of the legal act (I)

Summary/Abstract: Starting from the legal frame, the paper, with a pronounced practical character, aims to highlight the most important implications that the invocation of the invalidity of a legal act has in the civil process. There are established benchmarks regarding the applicable law, the conditions for the exercise of the civil action, the prescription of the right to action, the competent court, the content and stamp of the request for a court judgment, its opposability, the implications in the matter of land book, the effects of the court decision. The institutions approached are looked at in their dynamics, the study analyzing both the relevant case law and the new solutions that open new discussions.
