Summary/Abstract: The article presents the different jurisprudential opinions, illustrated with extracts from courts decisions, regarding the determination of working time and extra work for field sales agents, accompanied by the author commentaries. The commentary discusses the nature of the legal relationships between sales agents and beneficiaries as well as the possibility of quantifying their working time and its delimitation from rest time.
