Summary/Abstract: The Article analyzes the Paleosols Multilayered Settlement Koshcheevka-8 (Later Trypillia, a Bronze Epoch, the Old Russian Period). For the Historical Period Landscapes of the Given Territory couldn't change strongly. Possibly, as during a Bronze Epoch, as well as during Old Russian Time has been developed an extensive Flood Plain (to 100 m in Width) the Unavy Rivers, are generated Alluvial Sandy Adjournment I—II Floodplain Terraces. Sandy and Sandy Adjournment were the Precondition for Formation of Cespitose Soils under Grassy (Instead of Wood) Vegetation, but Profiles of Soils were Shorter than the Modern. Intensive Faunistic Activity is the Additional Certificate of that Conditions were Favorable for Employment by Agriculture. Possibly, as well as now, there were Open Spaces, Suitable for Agricultural use thanks to Ease of their Processing. Powerful Profiles of Peat Bog Soils on Flood Plains testify that they couldn't be generated in a Short Space of Time and the Population of Ancient Settlement could use Sites of Meadows on Flood Plains for a Cattle Pasture, and the River — for catching of Fish. The Person always chose a Place of Settlement more close to a waterway and with the Maximum Variety of Landscapes, such Place and the described Territory at is Koscheevka Village.
