Investments in research and company development in the light of the survey

Summary/Abstract: According to the theory of economic growth, research and development activity is one of the main sources of growth. At the same time spending on research and development incurred by companies can be considered as a specific form of investment. The article presents an analysis of the basic features of investment in research and development activities conducted by companies. In particular, such characteristics as the period of investment, the level of a return rate, and risk level were examined.
