Summary/Abstract: This article analyses the state of research on the Ukrainian Socialist Peasant Workers’ Union (“Selrob”) in Ukrainian historiography. The main questions raised by the researchers of this topic are highlighted. Crucial historical approaches to the place of political force in the activity of radical left forces in Western Ukraine are examined and problems that need further research are identified.
