Summary/Abstract: The computer technology searching for a preferable point in any factor space delivers to the extremum with regard to quantitative scalar response within scope of intelligent DSS-sphere, which was considered in this paper. The problem of universalization and planning (design) of extreme experiments in relation to complex objects in the conditions of significant limitation including the allowable number of experiments and sub-catastrophic duration of them was solved. A technology that involves the separation of three linked stages of optimization was proposed.
