Summary/Abstract: Among the multitude of economically advanced OECD countries, Israel standsout for its successes in the splendid economic development in the area of environmental issues. Fromthe end of the century. XX Israel has been implementing serious sustainable development, standingout due to meticulous respect for ecological postulates formulated in the Bible. Global liquidity issignificant. Security fears caused by the pandemic have triggered capital flows from someeconomically developed countries. Many countries have noticed the impoverished fiscal space byalmost stagnation in economic activity, diminishing international trade in basic raw materials. Therisk that lies between the health crisis and the economic crisis is prolonging and aggravating it.Existing mechanisms extend to the limits of their capabilities and the resources of the InternationalMonetary Fund may not be sufficient. We have the tools to restore sustainable global activity. Theworld economic society will have to consider the issue of special rights
