Summary/Abstract: In this presentation, I will seek to accomplish three primary objectives. First, I will address the reasons as to why the current US-Russia strategic stability framework is collapsing. Second, I will discuss how emerging technologies like cyber, space, and hypersonic weapons are impacting strategic stability calculations. And, finally, I will make specific recommendations on how to manage competition in the strategic domains with the objective of reducing the risks of miscalculation and nuclear use.
