How to improve communication within families? And how to measure improvements in communication?

Summary/Abstract: The results of the project provide social workers with a tool to improve inter-generational communication within families by working with parents. The assessment of the pilot phase revealed that it is possible to improve the atmosphere within families via the introduction of a few simple corrective measures.
