Summary/Abstract: The article attempts to answer the question whether axiological competences matter in the work of a vocational counselor with socially maladjusted youth. At present, there is a need to turn towards values and rules that guide moral behavior. Therefore, those responsible for the upbringing and education should take special care of their moral development.
