Summary/Abstract: Education is an important subject for us because it constantly needs changes, improvements, help. In fact, we believe that it is our duty to invest in the communities in which we operate, whether we are talking about investing in large strategic projects that transform communities, people, or that we are talking about investing time to listen to communities. What can a Bank for Education do? Our answer is the School of money, a program that aims to contribute to increasing the financial education of Romanians, helping them to be aware of the factors that influence their financial decisions and to understand how to better manage their budget. It is an exclusively educational project, without any commercial component. We want the participants in our workshops to come to understand their financial needs, to know the products and thus, to be able to make informed decisions and to be able to have an effective dialogue with the bank's employees.
