Summary/Abstract: The article aims to present the basic legislative requirements for the advertisements delivered on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria in comparison with the achievements of the EU law. The article deals with the ban on fraudulent advertisements, comparative advertisements, on advertising of different goods and services as well as with the encouragement of certain advertisements.
