Summary/Abstract: The original parchment of the 1918 Union Resolution text is no longer in our country. The conclusions of the present research disclose the fact that the parchment invoked by Laurentiu Oanea is a counterfeit. These present research ascertainments require the appropriate rectification of the document in the official records. The analytical research of the 1918 Union has elucidated the problem of the parchment authenticity related to the text of the 1 December 1918 historic Resolution of Alba Iulia, spread by Laurențiu Oanea in 1967-1968.
