Summary/Abstract: The author’s aim is to present an interdisciplinary reflection combining the contents common to the topics associated with religious freedom of every individual and the sense of security in the state which he postulates to be a subject of research in the area of security psychology. The author believes that the religion related subjective sense of security of individuals living on state territory should be taken into account when creating national security. The study fits into the framework of research on Poland’s national security, which draws on the output of such sciences as politology, law, psychology, philosophy.
