Nous, les professeurs, somme toujours des guides pour nos élèves sur ces chemines étroits vers des crêtes aigues qu’on le désire lumineuses. Nous devons aller toujours en avant, même si notre vie, dans ces temps difficiles, n’est guère facile, et ceux qui devront générer des conditions favorables – les décideurs – génèrent en effet des obstacles, des humiliations, des pièges pour nous et pour notre école.

We have examined the electrical response of graphene-nanostructured liquid crystal E7. The nematic E7 was doped with graphene at concentration of 10-3 wt.%. Thin planar-oriented films with a thickness of 7 µm of this nanocomposite were studied by means of electrical impedance spectroscopy in the frequency range from 0.1 Hz to 1 MHz. Their electrical impedance at a room temperature was compared to that of identical films of pure liquid crystal E7 measured under the same experimental conditions. The doping with graphene leads to decrease in electrical conductivity of the studied nanostructured liquid-crystalline material and, thereby, to improvement of its electro-optical performance.

We present an experimental study of GaAsSbN layers with thickness around 1μm, grown by liquid-phase epitaxy on n-type GaAs substrates. The samples are studied by surface photovoltage (SPV) spectroscopy at room temperature. The analysis of the SPV spectra has provided information about the optical absorption and the photocarrier transport in the samples. In particular, a red shift of the energy bandgap with respect to GaAs is found. Its values are larger as compared to our previous data obtained in InGaAsN layers, grown by the same technique.

W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki analizy polityki edukacyjnej Polski i Ukrainy w zakresie udostępniania osobom z niepełnosprawnościami możliwości zdobycia wyższego wykształcenia. Ze względu na posiadane dysfunkcje i ograniczone finanse gospodarstw domowych, wiele z tych osób nie mogłoby podjąć i ukończyć nauki bez wsparcia ze strony państwa. Przedstawiono zapisy międzynarodowych i krajowych aktów prawnych dotyczących kształcenia osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz dokumentów wewnętrznych wybranych uczelni (studium przypadku: Uniwersytet Zielonogórski, Kijowski Narodowy Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny im. Vadyma Hetmana w Kijowie). Omówiono również instrumenty wsparcia w postaci kredytów studenckich, stypendiów i programów celowych.The article presents the results of the analysis of the education policy of Poland and Ukraine in the field of providing the possibility of obtaining higher education for people with disabilities with. Due to the dysfunctions and limited finances of households, many of these people could not take up and complete education without state support. Provisions of international and national legal acts concerning the education of people with disabilities and internal documents of selected universities are presented (case study: University of Zielona Góra, Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman in Kiev). Support instruments in the form of student loans, scholarships and targeted programs were also discussed.

Chemical equilibrium is a key conception in chemistry education both at high school and university. The teaching and learning of chemical equilibrium are associated with difficulties which can be related to the introduction of specific historical views. In the present research a review of the historical development of key conceptions, related to chemical equilibrium, is conducted, namely – incomplete reactions, reversibility, equilibrium constant and dynamics. The possibilities of applying that part of the history of chemistry in teaching context are discussed for better understanding of the contents and nature of science; for using teaching methods, which develop students’ thinking and improving the understanding of teachers of students’ difficulties and misconceptions.

In this paper the author shares her ownteaching experience and suggests instruments for realisation of a laboratory work of “Chemical properties of substances” 6th grade and for self-assessment of students’ individual work and assessment of students’ group work. The laboratory work aims at developing skills for self-planning, skills for describing work and observations, and interpreting the results. The laboratory work was conducted with98 pupils from “Jane Sandanski” Primary School in Plovdiv in the year 2017/2018. Self-assessment cards show high self-assessment and excellent student motivation.

It is shown that quantum entanglement is the only force able to maintain the fourth state of matter, possessing fixed shape at an arbitrary volume. Accordingly, a new relativistic Schrödinger equation is derived and transformed further to the relativistic Bohmian mechanics via the Madelung transformation. Three dissipative models are proposed as extensions of the quantum relativistic Hamilton-Jacobi equation. The corresponding dispersion relations are obtained.

The use of the teamwork, supported by their teachers and parents, is outlined. The aim is to teach children to observe rules for working as a group, to be critical and tolerant, to present their views on problems related to the studied content, and to present the results of their work.

Introduction: Social competences are the one of three categories of learning outcomes collaterally to knowledge and skills which should be evaluated and verified in students by academies. Polish Qualifications Framework obligate academies to do it, but we can see difficulties in matching methods and evaluation tools. The study shows how academic teachers deal with creating attitudes connected with social competences for paramedic students. The aim of our study was the recognition of the opinions of paramedic students and graduates about the effectiveness of teaching social competences during the entire period of education. Material and methods: Voluntary survey was conducted among third-year paramedic students and graduates. Closed questionnaire contained questions about the ten social skills which are in learning outcomes for the course of paramedic study. Open-ended question about the course in which, in the opinions of respondents, social competencies were implemented, was placed after each closed question. Results: Majority of respondents considered that the attitudes and behaviors expressed in social competence for paramedics are implemented in a satisfactory manner. It was pointed out that lectures and exercises beneficial as a form of classes. Conclusions: The study shows the need to improve exercises as a top rated classes and draw attention to practical classes and practices that inadequately fulfill their function. Further research is needed in this direction because of the limitations of study and the lack of a representative group.

In the present paper a new meaning of the notion “expansion of a number” is proposed by the authors. Some interesting problems are considered with corresponding answers and summarized results. The idea is by means of only one digit (used several times) and different mathematical symbols, signs and operations, to express (to expand) other digits. The research could be used by students and teachers to generate new examples with educational purposes or to find alternative variants of the problems in the paper.

Austrougarska uprava je 1886. godine u Livnu osnovala oglednu Poljoprivrednu stanicu, pri kojoj je uskoro otvorila i Poljoprivrednu školu. Cilj tadašnjih vlasti bio je naučiti ovdašnjeg seljaka kako da primijeni nove metode rada, zasnovane na znanstvenim dostignućima, da spozna kako veće i kvalitetnije proizvodnje (ni u ratarstvu, ni u stočarstvu, ni u voćarstvu) nema bez novih tehnologija. Livnjacima je tad bilo omogućeno da sve te inovacije vide u njihovoj konkretnoj primjeni na Poljoprivrednoj stanici. Mladićima je bilo omogućeno da u Poljoprivrednoj školi nauče kako se uređuje i vodi napredno seosko gazdinstvo. Učitelji, dovedeni iz raznih dijelova tadašnje prostrane Care vine (sve izvrsni ratari, stočari, voćari, sirari), poticali su svoje učenike da sve što su u školi i na Stanici vidjeli i naučili primjenjuju i na svojim imanjima. Stanica je uspješno ispunila svoju zadaću, napravila je veliki posao. Rezultati njezina djelovanja uskoro su se počeli uočavati i po livanjskim selima. Ti početni rezultati poslužit će kao uzor budućim generacijama kako nova znanstvena dostignuća treba svakodnevno u praksi primjenjivati.

It is a matter of fact that a state-of-the-art product development is based on virtual prototyping. Virtual prototyping is using computer-aided design (CAD), and computer-aided engineering (CAE) software to validate a design before committing to making a physical prototype.If the number of competing virtual prototypes is large, the models are complex, and parameter space is high dimensional it can lead to combinatorial complexity. The paper suggests strategy for coping with the combinatorial complexity by using Model Based Neural Network approach. Cases of successful strategy implementation are considered. Finally, the expansion of suggested method to the field of geneticengineering is discussed.
