ÖZEL EĞİTİM KURUMLARINDA YÖNETSEL SORUN ANALİZİ
Efficient serving of the special education institutions are bound up with the influental management and controlling of the special education schools. This study’s aim is to analyze the administrative processes of the special education schools, to make firm the level of having these administrative problems and to suggest solutions to the administrative problems of the special education schools with the help of the integrative evaluation. The consecutive explanatory method in which quantitative and qualitative research was progressively used in this research. For the qualitative dimension of research, semi-structured interview form was used as a data collection tool. And for the quantitative dimension of research, survey developed by the researcher was used. As a result of the research, special education institutions aren’t directed proffesionally and teachers aren’t motivated sufficiently by the directors. Employee rights of the teachers working at rehabilitation centres are more resricted than the employee rights of the teachers working at the official institions. And the directors are insufficient in these centres. The ignorance of the special education practices. In the authority control was understood in this research.
