Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumenta jako podmiot polityki ochrony konsumenta we współczesnej Polsce
The article presents the position and role of the “Office of Competition and Consumer Protection” in creation consumer protection policy in modern Poland. The “Office of competition and consumer protection” has been showed on background of other consumer protection subjects, through description of its origin, development, organizational structure, legal base and the main infliction in range of consumer policy. It this publication also resolve the governmental Consumer Policy Strategy 2007-2009 which outlines the basis of the activities of the “Office” nowadays and in the future.
