The Author, historian of the Rotary – Bulgaria, follows the life path of Dr. N. P. Nikolaev, a remarkable Bulgarian politician, military activist, academic lawyer, diplomat, Member of Parliament, author, founder of the Rotarianism in our country. It`s observed his socially related activity as a publicist, writer and journalist. The text marks the collaboration of the National Library “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” and the Rotary club in Sofia in joint organizing of the exhibition “Memory of Dr. Nikolaev”, as well as presentation of his published “Diaries 1940–1943”.

The presented bio-bibliography is prepared for 25 May 2019 and reflects all personal works and publications about her – 65 enumerated titles in German and Bulgarian languages. This is the third attempt of the author of this text – to interpret bibliographically the work of a unique modern pedagogue and researcher of the Western-European literature – literary scholar and historiographer for what purpose was created the personal autobio-bibliographical base. The publication of this bio-bibliography is on the occasion of the appearance of her first study in 1969 in the journal Librarian (Bibliotekar). For subtitle of this secondary-documental work is used the term „En Grand” (Fr.: On a large scale), emblematic for her bio-bibliographic sketch, published in 2005 in the journal Library (Biblioteka), followed by an extensive presentation in a monograph edition in 2010, revealing the school in the field of the information-communication cycle of knowledge on the cardinal UNIVERSALIZATION–SPECIALIZATION constituted with a very large international impact in the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies (ULSIT) – successor of the State Library Institute (SLI). The school is a result of the intentio to make a historiography and prognosis of the TRANSFORMATION in the time and space of any studied information phenomenon (І. Fact; ІІ. Primary document; ІІІ. Secondary document; ІV. Meta-system; V. Philosophic picture of relations among things) in the context of the whole paradigm of knowledge – the core of the scientific credo and teaching of Elena Nährlich-Slateva in Western-European literature for which she received an academic reception and recognition not only by the scientific community in Bulgaria, but also in Germany where she lives and works. The present bio-bibliography is prepared under the bibliographic editorship of Assoc. Prof. Krasimira Aleksandrova and Prof. Silvia Filipova, and scientific editing of Assist. Prof. Nikolay Vasilev, PhD. The bio-bibliography is designed in the information screen of the jubilee bio-bibliographic reference books for scholars of ULSIT – SLI, carried out in a close collaboration with Assist. Prof. Nikolay Vasilev, PhD. The sketch to the bio-bibliography (2005–2010–2019) represents the phenomenological portrait of Elena Nährlich-Slateva.

The article is part of the author`s future book about her native village, titled “The History of the village Ivancha, Veliko Tarnovo region (until 1945)”. It`s given the basic outline of the development of the local school “G. S. Rakovski”, established in 1850, as well as of the local school “Zemedelec”, found in 1896, in the period from 1878 until 1944. It is emphasized the high educational culture of some community center leaders – villagers with secondary school education, with vivid spirit and aim for applying the achievements of the Agricultural science in the tillage of land. It stands out that Grigor Petrov Vladkov and Angel Jordanov Vladkov have maintained their own personal libraries and have kept personal diaries.

Philip Chipev is the eldest son of the famous publisher T. F. Chipev. It follows his contribution to publishing of neat and luxury books of Bulgarian authors intended for adults and children, including bibliophilic books, in the period between 1920–1944. The text is based mainly on unknown archival documents and memories of contemporaries about the contributions of Ph. Chipev, as well as about his fate after 1944.

On the occasion of the 280 anniversary of St. Bishop Sofroniy Vrachanski. It is revealed the Christian message of Slavonic-Bulgarian History by St. Ft. Paisiy Hilendarski and Deed and Sufferings of sinful Sofroniy… by St. Bishop Sofroniy Vrachanski. Ivan Vazov is presented through the analysis of his ode Bulgarian language as the second Bulgarian writer after St. Ft. Paisiy Hilendarski who tries to resuscitate the lost and forgotten in the time moral norms of conduct settled in the Bulgarian refined speech. Through the fragmentary literary analysis with comparative discourse is shown how by means of threefold information code of the Bulgarian refined speech (language purity – clear mind – active individual value position subordinated to the unified Christian ideals and family virtues) genealogic lines – author : work : tradition : continuity – is created an elastic megametaphor of Christian Orthodox origin. It is structured an advisable bibliographic list of literature intended for pupils of secondary education, acquainted with the works of St. Bishop SofroniyVrachanski which could be used by students. Systematically organized in the secondary-documental modeling are seven structures of the bibliography (documentary – address – bibliographic – functional – content – organizational). The study is carried out under the direction of Dr. Nikolay Vasilev and Prof. Alexandra Kumanova in the framework of master program Library Collections of the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies in the subjects Historiographic model of an electronic library and Bibliographic integral.
