It is known that the media have an intermediary function between the object – the message sent and the subject – the receiver. As means of communication, they provide an opportunity to approach them from a different perspective, which is why we believe that the media presentation of the holiday provides an excellent opportunity to emphasize the connection between memory and ecocosm. This would be accomplished through the affirmation of the views of philosophers and ecologists who left a significant legacy in environmental ethics, and who believe that by changing the consciousness of the individual, there should be an encouragement to revive the forgotten principles, as well as the relationship between man and nature.
