CRIMINAL INVOLVEMENT OF CHILDREN IN PORNOGRAPHY UNDER THE BULGARIAN CRIMINAL CODE

Summary/Abstract: The use of modern communication technologies by children has raised the question of their criminal protection against the abuse of malicious adults who use the Internet as a means to seek sexual relations with minors and to persuade them to participate in the creation of child pornography. The article examines the peculiarities of the components of the crimes under Art. 155a, Art. 155b, Art. 155c and Art. 158a of the Bulgarian Penal Code, which criminalize the acts of the criminal motivation of children to participate in pornography or its observation.
