Summary/Abstract: The pseudoscience of eugenics is at the heart of a number of key legal and political issues related to the legal aspects of Nazi extreme racial theory. Not only that but also this topic also correlates to the peculiarities of the legal status of people with disabilities. In this regard, it is necessary to study eugenics through the optics of its legal and historical development in the United States. It is in the States where eugenics became a key rule-making issue that left lasting traces on the law and politics of the world.
