Summary/Abstract: The geo-strategical complexity (from the Great Powers interests views) and ethno-demographical one (with opposed vital interests, of the states and peoples from this area) hardened the process of Albanian state emerge, in 1912-1913, especially regarding its frontiers delimitation. At the Great Powers Ambassadors Conference, from London (1912-1913), dedicated to Albanian problem, „the highest voices from Bucharest assign a great political significance to the fact that, for the first time, Romania was requested to state its position in a European summit”, as was printed in a Romanian journal. Romanian diplomat Nicolae Mişu, had, as working papers, among others, a document drafted by Ioan N. Papiniu, a diplomat, and this document will be presented and discussed below. Also, another document is showed, regarding the activity of Albanian Committee from London (1912-1913)
