The current article investigates whether in Medical University-Pleven exists a bioethics scientific school. The author examines the different characteristics, such as the leader, the followers, the specific methodology, original bioethics teaching materials and scientific events as well as the presence of bioethics tradition to support the claim of establishment of bioethics scientific school in Medical University-Pleven.
