Summary/Abstract: In recent years, the supply chain of consumer goods has undergone significant changes as a result of globalization of markets, the development of e-commerce, the digitalization of logistics operations. The purpose of the report is based on summaries of the theory of supply chain management of consumer non-food products, to bring out new trends, taking into account the impact of the economic crisis in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on data from the National Statistical Institute, it is considered the development of wholesale and retail sales of non-food consumer goods in Bulgaria for the period from 2007 to 2019 and the ratio between wholesale and retail sales. The main factors influencing sales related to the supply of goods are summarized.
