Summary/Abstract: The Eurointegration and the Sustainable Development Goals mark the benefits of peaceful, human-rights oriented, balanced and participative cooperation between states, regions, communities, entities and individuals. Cross-border cooperation is contributory in promoting and ensuring both the democratic and the social market economy values. The article features the current policy, legal and economic factoring and actualities of the Ukraine-Slovak cooperation in the light of the Madrid Convention, EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, 2030 UN Agenda for Sustainable Development and other relevant international law instruments.
