THE EFFECT OF SEDD-İ ZERÂI ON WORSHIP: EFFECT ON FARZS OUTSIDE OF NAMAZ

Summary/Abstract: The religion of Islam has stated that everyone's rights should be protected without any discrimination in matters such as religion, language and race, and has given utmost importance to human rights. Not only did he find a solution to the events that took place, but he also tried to find a solution for the events that might occur. The religion of Islam has tried to prevent the possible negative consequences that may occur as a result of the action, with a set of principles or principles such as sedd-i zerâi. In the event that the result is likely to be positive, he supported it with the principle or principle of conquest.In this study, it has been emphasized in which applications we come across the sedd-i zerâi principle or principle when ruling in fards other than prayer. This study consists of an introduction and two parts. In the introduction part, it is tried to give information about the position of sedd-i zerâi with other evidences in Islamic Law. In the first chapter, the concept of sedd-i zerâi is emphasized and information about its parts is given. In the second part, the obligatory prayers other than the prayers were examined one by one and focused on the practices of sedd-i zerai in these places.
