Summary/Abstract: The present publication contains the first translation of VI Herodas’s mimiambus into Russian. The Herodas was a Hellenistic poet of the third century BCE, whose eight mimiambos have been preserved on a papyrus of the first century CE. The commented translation is based on the authoritative editions of O. Crusius (1914) and J. Cunningham (1971).
