Summary/Abstract: The article aims at descriptive and statistical analyzing of spatial diversification of main macroeconomic categories, such as capital-labor ratio, labor productivity and total factor productivity across Polish regions/voivodships in the years 1995–2009. The capital-labor ratio is associated in the paper with fixed assets per employee, the labor productivity – with GDP per employee, whereas total factor productivity is computed on the basis of a regional production function. The article contains and comments on, firstly: descriptive analyses of spatial diversification of the afore-mentioned characteristics, secondly: estimates of the Cobb-Douglas production function at regional level, thirdly: estimates of total factor productivity across the voivodships and finally: descriptive results of special diversity of the afore-mentioned characteristics.
