Summary/Abstract: Voice therapy for vocal professionals can be defined as the effort to bring the voice back to an appropriate level, which can be realistically achieved and which meets the artistic and occupational needs of the singer. Its main purpose is to change phonatory behavior. This can be done in two main ways: voice hygiene tips and recommendations, and correcting the wrong voice techniques. It also includes exercises for posture, relaxation, breathing, vocalization, articulation. The "LaxVox" voice therapy technique uses all these mechanisms at the same time, being a holistic / cognitive process, helping to recover and optimize the voice by increasing resistance and improving its flexibility.
