Summary/Abstract: The considerations focus on the principles of determining the manner of carrying out reclamation in the so-called geological work project. We are talking about a document that is subject to approval before commencing geological works. Therefore, the aim of the text is to present the plan of actions required by the legislator to be undertaken after the end of the activity leading to the devastation or degradation of the land as a result of the activity regulated by the provisions of the Geological and Mining Law.
