Challenges to soldiers' resilience

Summary/Abstract: Resilience has proven to be both a concept capable of explaining a multitude of psycho-behavioral processes, and an individual and collective capacity, which when capitalized, can support both the group and the individual to cope with a range extremely diverse challenge and overcome them with as little loss as possible. This article aims to present to the reader the place and role of resilience in contemporary reality, from the macro-social level to the individual level. How human groups and individuals react to the various issues they face and how they manage and overcome them are just a few of the questions we set out to offer. In particular, we will refer to the military, given the extremely dangerous specifics of this profession, ready to offer life to those who practice it, for the good of others.
