Summary/Abstract: The changes that have occurred lately in the geopolitical and geostrategic environment highlighted the use of armed forces as a strong argument for solving international crisis situations. In this regard, planning, organization and conduct of military actions in the international context have become a reality of our times, respectively an efficient solution in many of the conflicts from the last period of time.
