Summary/Abstract: Taking as a starting point the particularities of the conditions of tort liability in the situation of reparation of non-pecuniary damage, the article analyses the legal nature of the reparation of non-pecuniary damage, the holder and the object of the right to pecuniary reparation, as these issues have been outlined in case law and doctrine. At the same time, aspects which have been highlighted in relation to this type of compensation are also analysed in detail, but which are common to all relationships arising from tort liability, such as the hypothesis of damage suffered as a result of concurrent acts and the moment from which the right to statutory penalty interest arises.
