Summary/Abstract: May 28 is an important day in the calendar of the Romanian Orthodox Church, because it is the birthday of a special hierarch, of great spiritual stature and with a unique confessional service of our Church and the Romanian Nation. In these few pages, which I write with holy joy on the 100th anniversary of his birth, I will not follow the classic line of his biography, but I will write a few less conventional things, some known and experienced only by the two of us.
