Summary/Abstract: This article describes the features of implementation of innovation activities of domestic tech-nology platforms through the use of project-specific approach; identifies key issues of innovation project implementation in the context of cost management; and suggests methodological recommendations for improving the interaction between the technology platform stakeholders in the course of joint implementation of projects.
