Evaluation of the draft of the bill amending the code of commercial companies and certain other acts

Summary/Abstract: The essence of the legal problem discussed in this article boils down to the evaluation of the project of cor- porate groups law in connection with the draft of the bill amending the Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts (Journal of Laws no 1515). The solutions contained in the (by the way, not new) draft should be assessed very critically. In fact, they constitute an attack on the entire corporate law and security of legal transactions, which corresponds to a risk for Polish and foreign shareholders of companies, members of management boards and supervisory boards of companies.
