THE NEED FOR 5G IMPLEMENTATION AND ECONOMIC COMPETITIVENESS

Summary/Abstract: In order to build the information society, it is necessary for everyone to take advantage of the opportunities that ICT offers. We agree that in order to meet these challenges, all stakeholders must work together to expand access to information and communication infrastructures and technologies, as well as information and knowledge, build capacity, increase trust and security in the use of ICT and create a supportive environment at all levels: environment, develop and expand ICT applications, promotes and respects cultural diversity, recognizes the role of the media, pays attention to the ethical dimensions of the information society and encourages international and regional cooperation. The last years of studying the phenomenon of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and its impact on human development have become the subject of analysis by scientists from different currents, Nobel laureates, representatives of public authorities, commercial structures, associations of industrial automation capabilities. In addition, the issue of international cooperation in the era of technology development is actively studied by international national institutions and organizations, especially the interest in this issue is confirmed by the fact that it became a key topic during the annual summit. The aim of the investigation is to build a people-centered, inclusive and development-oriented information society in which everyone can create, access, use and share information and knowledge to empower individuals, communities and peoples to realize their full potential, contributing to the development sustainable and improving their quality of life.
