Summary/Abstract: As in Dostoevsky’s work, for Daniel Turcea the woman is the one who fulfills the role of awakening consciousness, discovering the beauty of the infinite fields of this consciousness. The present study outlines the portraits of the women in Daniel Turcea’s life, indirectly sketching, from this feminine perspective, the features of the noble and sensitive character of Daniel, which also emerges from his poems. To document this approach, the study refers to the biographical volume dedicated to Daniel Turcea and written by his sister, painter Lucia Turcea.
