Summary/Abstract: The foreign and Turkish investors are very interested in South-eastern Anatolian Project (GAP) in recent years, which will play an important role in economic development of the Southeast Anatolian Region. Among these countries there are Western actors such as United States of America (USA), European Union (EU) and Israel. Tel Aviv considers GAP with regard to irrigation and agricultural projects as their vital interests. Shortly after the Post-Cold War era GAP started to play an important role in the bilateral relations of Turkey with the neighbouring countries such as Israel. Although there is a lot of literature on GAP, one cannot find any relevant scientific publication about the policy of foreign and Turkish investors in the GAP region. Despite the other foreign investors in the GAP region this study concentrates only on the Israel’s policies regarding to the South-eastern Anatolia apart from Turkish investors.
