Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to see how the reappropriation of national languages can be used for the development of the country and which languages are used as a vector of transmission. We will also analyze their functions and their uses in the life of the populations as well as the challenges to be taken up for a better appropriation of these communication tools and for a better economic development.
