Interculturalism at the service of urban policy

Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to the institutional forms introduced by the Council of Europe in the Intercultural Cities Programme (ICC). It is aimed at responding to the challenges of the culturally diverse landscape of contemporary cities, both in Europe and on other continents. The objective of this article is to present and critically analyze the instruments of the ICC, while maintaining ideological neutrality and considering the values outlined by the Council of Europe and the expected results.
