Summary/Abstract: The goal of our research is to see how governance systems affect the performance of Tunisian businesses. Empirical validation of a panel of 100 Tunisian companies over a 10-year period from 2008 to 2018 demonstrates that the board of directors' makeup, compensation system, shareholder rights, and disclosure of financial information are all important factors.
