Summary/Abstract: In the above work, the author approaches the analysis of photographs by Tomislav Krizman from the period of his travels through Bosnia and Herzegovina. Assuming that the author’s photographs, and not drawings and sketches, were the main templates for creating the famous graphic map Yugoslavia in pictures II: Bosnia and Herzegovina, the author analyses the peculiarities of the style and characteristics of Krizman’s photographic practice. Through a comparison with his other works in the field of Veduta graphics, the author disputes the documented origin of photographs as well as the authorship of photographs of Sarajevo that stand in stark contrast not only with photographs from the remaining part of Krizman’s opus, but also with graphic sheets from mentioned map.
