Summary/Abstract: Aim: The aim of this research is to identify the prominent concepts by systematically addressing the vision and mission statements on the corporate websites of Foreign Trade Capital Companies operating in Turkey and to evaluate these statements in terms of their elements and features. Method: The data of this research consists of documents obtained from secondary sources. Obtained data were analyzed by content analysis technique, one of the qualitative research methods. Similar expressions in the mission and vision statements were brought together and the concepts were grouped and categories were created under the vision and mission themes. Findings: Among the 70 Foreign Trade Capital Companies included in the "Companies with Special Status" list, 40 companies include both mission and vision statements on their websites. Two companies only include mission statement and four companies only vision statement on their websites. Mission and vision statements of 24 companies are not available on their websites. According to the results of the research, while Foreign Trade Capital Companies mostly emphasize social awareness, quality and environmental awareness in their mission statements, the concepts of globality, leadership and quality draw attention in the vision statements of Foreign Trade Capital Companies. In the research, it was concluded that the companies mostly included philosophy element in their mission statements. In addition, it is seen that all of the companies have vision statements that have clarity, future orientation and abstractness. Results: It can be said that producing quality products and services with sensitivity to social and environmental issues has an important place in the establishment and existence purposes of Foreign Trade Capital Companies. In addition Foreign Trade Capital Companies see being a market leader company on a global scale through quality products and services as a point to be reached for them.
