Summary/Abstract: Testamentary execution is a provision contained in the will by which the testator or a third party appointed by the testator, designates one or more persons giving them the necessary power of attorney for the execution of his testamentary dispositions. The present study analyzed the attributions, powers and rights of the executor as well as cessation of testamentary execution.
