Conditional release from prison. Current aspects from the caselaw

Summary/Abstract: This article has been prepared due to the identification of the need for the correct understanding of the procedure and conditions for conditional release. It does not aim to deal exhaustively with the institution of parole, but to analyse, punctually, aspects of interest in judicial practice in this regard. The general conditions for its granting are addressed, as well as the procedure to be followed. At the same time, some solutions are proposed for elements of divergence that exist or may appear in the future in the practice of the courts.
