Summary/Abstract: The objective of the study was to analyse the level of subjective well-being (SWB) in high school students with self-reported health disorders regularly participating in sport leisure activities. This study should deepen the knowledge of the level of subjective well-being dimensions and compare it between male and female high school students. The research sample comprised 164 high school students (male students; n=81, and female students; n=83) with different self-reported health disorders (mean age 16.82±1.66 years of age) who regularly participated in sports activities in their leisure time. A standardized The Bern Subjective Well-Being Questionnaire for Adolescents was used as a primary research method. SWB dimensions analyses show the significantly higher occurrence of the Current physical difficulties in the group of female students compared to male students (U=2161, p=0.000, r=0.295) supported by a significantly higher occurrence of stomach ache, palpitation, illness, dizziness, fatigue, and headache. Data furthermore presented a significantly lower level of negative SWB dimensions in the group of male high school students comparing female students (U=2688, p=0.027, r=0.167). Regular participation in sport leisure activities for increasing the SWB level of high school students with different health disorders to be safe and beneficial, only when is approved by the consensus of healthcare providers, physical education teachers, and parents.
