The Impact of extra-legal factors for decision-making process

Summary/Abstract: This publication analyzes the non-legal factors and proves their impact on the judge during the decision. With this in mind, we analyzed the works of foreign authors, which showed a tendency to identify factors that may influence the decision-making process. Firstly, these are factors that may have a direct impact and secondly, factors that may have an indirect impact. The theoretical material presented in the publication was supported by examples from the register of court decisions of Canada and Ukraine, which made it possible to understand that such influence really exists and it destroys the judicial system from the inside.
