Summary/Abstract: Purpose – Today, organizations operate in an intensely competitive environment and surrounded by technological advances that have a dizzying development. One of the conditions for surviving in this ever-changing business atmosphere is the resilience of employees and organizations. This study is aimed to examine the relationships between psychological and employee resilience, which reflect the resilience of individuals, and organizational resilience, and to reveal the effect of all these types of resilience on the job satisfaction of employees. Design/methodology/approach – The data within the scope of the research were collected through questionnaires from 208 employees working in the finance and logistic sectors in Mersin Province. For the analysis of the data, first of all, normality tests, reliability analysis, and descriptive analysis were used. Then, correlation and regression analyzes were used to determine the relationships between the variables. Findings – According to the analysis results, it was determined that psychological resilience affects employee resilience positively and employee resilience positively affects organizational resilience. In addition, it has been revealed that psychological resilience and organizational resilience have a positive effect on job satisfaction, while employee resilience has no effect on job satisfaction. Discussion – Organizations that want to have resilient employees must first engage in activities to increase the psychological resilience of employees. However, some action plans are needed in order to create a perception of organizational resilience among employees. Thus, employee job satisfaction can be increased.
