Summary/Abstract: We introduced CDRG-graphs as a new class of graphs in the paper "Constructions of double-regular graphs", which was published in the Proceedings of the Faculty of Philosophy in 2019. In that paper, it is shown that the observed class of graphs is not empty. Here we give, following the example of quasi strongly regular graphs ([1]), some necessary conditions which nonnegative integers n, k, μ; λ1, ... , λp must satisfy if they are parameters of a CDRG graph.
